Not Receiving Webhooks for Payment and Invoice Entities

Hey there,

We've noticed aroudn 36 hours ago, webhooks would sporadically not send to the Zapier Quickbooks integration. So far, it's been reported with the Payment and Invoice Entities.

We subscribe to these webhooks usin Operation_Create. We still are receiving webhooks from other entities and operations. And even some Payment and Invoice Entities are coming through, but we've had dozens of users report in that webhooks were not sent.

We have a developer ticket open but have not heard back yet.

These are not webhook notifications that users set up individually, but use the REST API to have Quickbooks send event notifications to Zapier when each user’s entities are created or updated.

Just wondering if you had received any responses from the Developer Forum. Currently our business uses Quickbook webhooks (paid invoices) to send deliverables to our clients but lately we've noticed that webhooks have been very delayed or sometimes not sent at all. If you have any insight, we would really appreciate it.
