I'll share some info about deleting payments in QuickBooks Online.
As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to batch delete customer payments. Yes, the option we have for now is to delete them one at a time.
While the batch delete option is not yet available, I recommend letting our product developers know about this by sending a request via feedback. I'll show you how.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Profile, select Feedback.
- Describe how an option to batch delete payments helps improve your business experience in QuickBooks.
- Select Next.
- Click Skip and send message.
