password reset tool

When I forgot my password I tried the link to reset it. When I enter my info, it says my phone number is not the one I registered with, though after checking my profile it shows that it is correct. Thoughts?

    I'm here to help you reset your password so you can access your account and clock in.

     

    If you have trouble logging in, we can send a one-time code to your phone number or email address on file to sign you in and allow you to reset your password. Let me show you how to do it.

     

    On a computer:

     

    1. Go to the QuickBooks Time sign-in page.
    2. Select Text a code to [phone number], or select Sign in a different way and choose to have a code texted or emailed to the contact info we have on file for you.
    3. Put the code to sign in.

     

    On a mobile device:

     

    1. Enter your Email or User ID and tap Continue.
    2. Click Sign in a different way.
    3. Put the phone number, email address, or user ID, then hit Continue.
    4. Choose to have a code texted or emailed to the contact info we have on file for you.
    5. Enter the code to sign in.

     

    Once you've sign in, follow the steps in this article to update your password: Get help if you can't sign in to your QuickBooks Time account.

    Allow me to help and guide you on how to reset your Gmail password so you can send Invoice to QuickBooks successfully.

     

    In order to change your gmail password, you'll need to be sign in first. Let me provide you the steps: 

    1. Open your Google Account.
    2. Under "Security," select Signing in to Google.
    3. Choose Password. You might need to sign in again. 
    4. Enter your new password, then select Change Password.

    When i try to sign in my time sheet it ssys my password ID no hood how do i fix proble.???
