password reset tool

When I forgot my password I tried the link to reset it. When I enter my info, it says my phone number is not the one I registered with, though after checking my profile it shows that it is correct. Thoughts?

    Thanks for joining into this thread. Allow me to help ensure that you're able to reset your QuickBooks password. 

    I appreciate you for following the steps provided by my colleague @AlcaeusF to reset your password using challenge questions within the QuickBooks system. Since it's still doesn't work, the other option is you can use the automated password reset tool. 

    Let me walk you through the steps: 

    1. Select the tool based on the version of QuickBooks you're using: https://passwordreset.quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/passwordreset.
    2. Select your version of QuickBooks Desktop.
    3. Fill in the QuickBooks license number and business info used when registering QuickBooks, then select Next.
    4. Accept the license agreement. The Automated password reset tool will be downloaded automatically (if automatic download didn't work, select download now).
    5. Run the Automated password reset tool.
    6. Enter the token number received via email.
    7. From QuickBooks Desktop Products drop-down, select the same QuickBooks version.
    8. Select Browse for Company File, then choose the company file that you want to reset the password for.
    9. Enter your New Password, then Confirm New Password.
    10. Select Reset Password to complete the process.

    Here's how you can reach them:

    1. Click this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
    2. Select the version of QuickBooks, click Contact Us.
    3. Type-in Technical Support on the search bar.
    4. Click Get the Phone number below.

    Allow me to help and guide you on how to reset your Gmail password so you can send Invoice to QuickBooks successfully.

     

    In order to change your gmail password, you'll need to be sign in first. Let me provide you the steps: 

    1. Open your Google Account.
    2. Under "Security," select Signing in to Google.
    3. Choose Password. You might need to sign in again. 
    4. Enter your new password, then select Change Password

    When i try to sign in my time sheet it ssys my password ID no hood how do i fix proble.???
