password reset tool

When I forgot my password I tried the link to reset it. When I enter my info, it says my phone number is not the one I registered with, though after checking my profile it shows that it is correct. Thoughts?

    [email address removed]  Quickbooks desk top pro 2019

    I  transferred files to a new laptop and now cannot get into one of my accounts. This did not have a psssword in the past. I tried to reset this but each time I got a message that my password entered was not strong enough.

    Hi mikerj,

     

    You will be prompted to set up a password once the application detects that a QuickBooks Desktop company file has sensitive data. Let's make sure your password meets certain requirements.

     

    Here are the minimum requirements for strong a password:

    • At least 7 characters (letters, numbers, or special characters)
    • At least 1 number
    • At least 1 uppercase letter

    Allow me to help and guide you on how to reset your Gmail password so you can send Invoice to QuickBooks successfully.

     

    In order to change your gmail password, you'll need to be sign in first. Let me provide you the steps: 

    1. Open your Google Account.
    2. Under "Security," select Signing in to Google.
    3. Choose Password. You might need to sign in again. 
    4. Enter your new password, then select Change Password
