Dear Quickbooks Time,

 

I am having issues contacting QBT Live Chat. I keep getting an notification that i have an add blocker, but i don't. I dubbel checked this. Since i am not in the US i cannot call or send a

Good afternoon, @Jeanine5.

 

You're right, this is strange behavior.  I'd first like to ask if you have another device or computer you could try it on to rule out any conflicts on the device itself, especially if it's a company computer that may have security in place that could block a chat.  This could be another computer or even a mobile device! 

 

We can also try this in incognito mode.  Here's how to open your browser's private window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

I think this is a good place to start. I of course would love to hear how this goes.  If you're still having issues accessing our chat feature, I'd like to know so we can explore other options.  I look forward to hearing from you! Take care.

If you're using QuickBooks Desktop and looking for your license number, it can be found on the Product Information window. This screen can be accessed by clicking F2 on your keyboard while inside of QuickBooks.
 

In the event you lost contact while waiting for an agent, I'd recommend reaching back out to our QuickBooks Time care team. They can be contacted using any of the options available on our Contact page. Also be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.

I have quickbooks on two computers and one only shows one account.  How do I had the other accounts to the other computer?

Please i need to reset the password for an account and i received the verification code by email and again ask for password as a 2nd step, i forget the password.

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help and provide some insights on how to reset a user's password in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

At Intuit, securing your company data is our top priority. We always take precautions to protect your accounts and private information. Right now, the Master Admin can only update the user's name and email address.

 

If you log in as admin, you can easily reset your password in QBO. Here's how.

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Tap your profile icon next to Settings .
  3. Hit Manage your Intuit Account to go to the Intuit Account Manager.
  4. Click Sign in & security.
  5. Choose the User ID, Email address, Password, or Phone section.
  6. Make your changes.
  7. When you're done, tick Save.

Other than that, you can also watch available webinars on QuickBooks for instructor-led training and real-time answers. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Accountant and click on the Webinars tab to access the schedule and sign up for upcoming live sessions or to view recordings of previous webinars.

 

To start a new training course in QBOA, here are the detailed steps:
