Hello, @tfarooqui. The Adjusting Entry checkbox is only available in the Accountant Edition of QuickBooks Desktop. This is the reason why you're unable to see it.
To access this option, switch to the Accountant Edition through this path: File > Toggle to Another Edition > Accountant Edition > Next > Toggle.
Once you checked the Adjusting Entry box, those transactions will appear in your Adjusting Journal Entries reports.
