Advanced Reporting

Using Enterprise 22.0 edition Advanced Reporting.

In the attached pic, I am showing a customer record with typical tabs: Transactions, Contacts, etc. In advanced reporting, I cannot find the TABLE that hosts this information!! I need to run a report that includes several entries in the Sent Email tab. The line entries are showing in the customer record so they must be somewhere in the data. But where? What table? I've tried a number of different tables in Advanced Reports to no avail. Thanks.

Let me provide information about generating reports, @HomerJ99.

I recognize how relevant running a report that includes several entries in the Sent Email tab. Currently, this option is unavailable.

At times, we roll out enhancements based on our customer's requests. That being said, I suggest sending a recommendation to our product developers. They'll review this idea and might consider updating it in the future.

To log your product suggestions inside your company file, here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop file.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. Choose Send Feedback Online.
  4. Select Product Suggestion.

Additionally, I have here an article that you can utilize for guidance in generating reports to display the data that matters to your business: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

You might also want to memorize the report to save its current settings. This way, you won’t have to customize it every time.

That's it! Please know that I'm only a post away if you should have any questions. Have a pleasant day!

Thanks for your reply. With hundreds of tables available for Advanced Reporting--and given that I can see the data in the Customer record--how is it possible that the data is not available to export? Is it not located in one of the many, many tables??
