Hi,
How do I change the font size for the reports? If you have a high resolution display, the default font size tends to make the report very hard to read.
You know it is so much easier to change the font size on any browser and I wish there is an easy way for QBODT.
Thanks,

There actually is a way, and it's not hard.
Changing your display will change the font for everything.
If instead you want to change the default fonts for your reports, as you requested, do that by picking Edit | Preferences | Reports & Graphs | Company Preferences from the QB menu.
Then click the Format button and then, on the Report Format Preferences window that will appear, click on the Fonts & Numbers tab and change the font as desired for each category.
RE: I can help and guide you on how to resolve the font size issue on your QuickBooks screen.
QuickBooks does not have a "screen". Windows does not have a "screen". That terminology is from the 20th century and DOS days.
In any case, the user asked about their QuickBooks reports, not about their entire Windows experience and the size of fonts on their monitor.
Did you answer the question? No, not really.
You are right about my initial question. Changing the Windows system display is sort of OK but not ideal because the change is to my entire laptop and making display to 120% seems to make the resultion less sharp.
I followed your steps to change the font setting. However, it does not change the P&L report content's font size. You can try to set the font to something large such as 14 or 16 to see if that works for you.
Thank you,
