I’m glad to see you in the Community today, hector8.

Let me provide some information about the E-signature feature for estimates.

DocuSign launches as the first e-signature app exclusively for QuickBooks Online Advanced. This lets you send estimates and collect e-signatures directly from your QuickBooks account.

For more in-depth information about the latest enhancement, check the following article: How to integrate DocuSign with QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced. This guide contains answers to frequently asked questions about the integration process.

For other QuickBooks versions, we’re unable to provide a definite time frame when this functionality is available. I suggest visiting the Community page and then going to the What’s new in QuickBooks Online section to see the latest features added to the program.

In the meantime, you may want to use a third-party application and connect it to QBO. This way, you can let the customer electronically sign the transaction. Click here to access the QuickBooks Apps Center.

For future reference, these resources will guide you on how to refine the layout of your sales transactions. It provides an overview of the latest enhancements to your estimates and invoices

Drop a comment below if you have additional questions about the E-signature option. I’ll get back to answer them for you. Wishing your business continued success.

@hector8

If you are not using QBO Advanced, consider having a 3rd party app to integrate with QBO.
