Hello, certain sales are duplicated - per attached file. Square sales are synced to QBO via PayTraQer. Sales are recorded to a Square bank account; and deposits from Square into checking account are being recorded as transfers from Square bank account.
What am I doing wrong? It doesn't appear all sales are being duplicated; and not all sales in a deposit are duplicated. Thank you for any and all help.
Let's make sure you'll be able to fix the duplicate sales transactions, chanching.
Sales transactions will only show as duplicate if you've entered them twice. You'll want to reach out to the Pay TraQer support team so they'll be able to check why is this happening. This way, they'll be able to guide you on what to do.
