Error when Uploading CSV File

When we try to upload a CSV file for credit card transactions to QB Online, we receive the error message... "We can't upload everything from your file.  Some info may be missing from your file..."  We have done this upload multiple times before without any problem.  We have 3 columns for date, amount, and description.  QB seems to recognize those.  We have no zeros or empty cells.  But for some reason, QB will not upload the CSV file this month.

Has anyone had this issue and fixed it?

Uploading a CSV file is our top priority, emc2010.

There's an ongoing issue about not being able to upload a file in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Our engineers are working to fix the issue as soon as possible. For now, I recommend reaching out to our customer support to add you to the list of the affected users. This way, you'll be notified once the issue is fixed. Here's how to reach them:

  1. lick the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter your concern.
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

In addition, learn how QuickBooks categorize transactions once it downloads automatically transactions. I've added this article for more details: Categorize and Match Online Bank Transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to get back to us if you have any concerns about uploading your bank transactions. The Community is always here to further assist you at any time of the day.

Another option, utilize the trial version for csv2qbo converter for the time being.
