Consider using an inventory management app with the backorder management feature and integrate it with your QBO.

Hey Everyone, I today  a needed to put a backorder on a invoice for a customer. I called in and asked if they could show me how to do it.

NOT to my surprise, again their professionals couldn't help and in NOT I was Training her. 

 

Getting to the point I wasted 1:19 minutes of my busy day What the %&&, are they just getting people off the street in the Philippines; not that I care where they are from, but have them fully trained so they don't waste their customers TIME not just today but 20 times I need help to solve something.

Mind you the Desk Top QuickBooks Premier version) had it why can't they have it on the ONLINE version?

anyways can someone tell me how to include Backorders on the online? PLEASE!
