How are things, userdon1?

I'll make sure to provide you with the steps on how to end a recurring bill in QuickBooks Online.

You can either pause a scheduled template temporarily by assigning the Type field to Unschedule or permanently delete the recurring bill.

If you want to stop the recurring bill temporarily, you can follow the steps below;

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click Recurring Transactions.
  3. From the Recurring Transactions list, locate the invoice template. Then, click Edit.
  4. In the Type drop-down arrow, click Unschedule.
  5. Hit Save template.

If you want to permanently delete the recurring bill, these are the steps that will guide you:

  1. From the Recurring Transactions window.
  2. On the Action column, click the arrow-down icon beside the Edit link.
  3. Click on Delete, then Yes to complete the action.
