I understand how important it is to import your Excel expense file into QuickBooks Desktop, SnowSand. I'm here to assist you with that.

As mentioned by one of our All-star members, you'll need to use a third-party application to import your expenses into QuickBooks Desktop. With this, I'd suggest visiting our QuickBooks Apps website. There, you can search and select related apps that fit your needs

Aside from that, you can also import your transactions as an IIF file. This makes it faster and easier to enter the information directly into QuickBooks Desktop. To learn more about this, I'd suggest checking out these articles:

Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you learn more about the lists you can import and export in QuickBooks Desktop. This makes it easy if you need to convert, upgrade, or create a new company file: Import and Export Data in QuickBooks Desktop.

I'm only a few clicks away if you need assistance with your other QuickBooks tasks, SnowSand. It's always my pleasure to help you out again.

To import an Excel worksheet containing your expense transactions, first convert it to an IIF file and then import that file.  Use our BRC IIF Transaction Creator  to do this.

I have been really impressed with the SaaSant software, it's seamlessly allowed me to input Excel data directly into QuickBooks, highly recommend the SaaSant software!!
