I am creating an invoice and would like to input the revenue GL account for each line - without using items. How do I set up the invoice template?

Hello,

 

For the invoice form, income is driven by the item that is being charged on the invoice.  Currently there is no way to list the income account itself as a line item.  

 

You have to use either a service item, inventory item, or non-inventory item on the invoice and whatever GL account that items is linked to in it's setup, that is the GL account that will be affected.
