You can also run the Audit log report to verify if that's what happened. Here's how:
Go to the Gear or Settings icon, then select Audit log.
Click the drop-down list for Events and click Reconciliations.
Look for any activities that show any changes to the reconciliations.
Click View.
The Audit Logdisplays a history of all changes made to your reconciliation reports, including who made each change.
If you're the only one who has access to your account, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support teams. They can take a closer look at your account to check why you're unable to see the reconciliation report.
