Open invoice not showing on mobile app

Created invoice online on desktop for $300. Customer shows they have open balance of 300 on mobile app for Android, but the invoice doesn't show under customer details, previous invoices do.

Open invoice not showing on mobile app

I've got some troubleshooting solutions to show the open invoices on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) iOS mobile application, thewirewizards-o.

 

It may take a few minutes to appear the new transactions you've made using a browser to the mobile app and it depends on the internet speed. We can also manually sync them by deleting the cache from your application to use it again with a clean slate. Then, wait for it to load. For iOS users, here's how:

 

  1. Click the menu at the top right corner of your device.
  2. Next, choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data.
  4. Press Refresh.

 

Otherwise, proceed to the instructions below for Android:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then select More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Click YES to confirm.

 

Once done, close and reopen the mobile app and check the open invoices in your mobile app. Also, I'd suggest restarting your phone. If you continue to get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the application to start fresh. Follow the steps below to delete it:

 

  1. Tap and hold QuickBooks Online on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Press Yes to confirm.
