Every time I print a batch of invoices for a customer, it goes to a print file in my download folder. I can open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader and rename as a PDF file. It used to just create a PDF file and I can just rename it.
Also, none of my invoices are printing instead they automatically create a PDF file in my download folder.
What am I doing wrong here?

Usually, this happens when the PDF and Portable Document Format is not set up to Preview in Firefox. For now, you have to change the settings from the Applications section.
Here's how:
Once completed, you'll be able to print your invoices seamlessly.

The browser's settings may be set to download PDF first. Let's change the settings when downloading PDF documents.

@Angelyn_T - that worked! Thank you! It now says Open in Firefox instead of Preview.
