mistaken, my Full Service Payroll automatically moved to Quickbooks Online Payroll. I have been complaining many times online and by voice but I am still being charged for 2 products instead of one. I am wondering if my Posting here for help will get the attention of the management. Please
move my new QB Payroll (stand-alone) to my QBO Plus where I can process payroll
like old times.

We can review your billing subscription to determine the number of payroll subscriptions you currently have. Additionally, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team to have them investigate and verify this information. They have the necessary tools and expertise to assist you with billing inquiries or concerns.
To review your subscription, you can go to the Gear icon. Under Profile, select Subcriptions and billing. I've added a screenshot below for your visual reference.

Do I have to go to the website to contact QBO? I remember being able to do this on my Apple mobile app which was very efficient and timely.
