Quickbooks Online Plus

I have been a QBO plus customer for many many years. Last year if I am not

mistaken, my Full Service Payroll automatically moved to Quickbooks Online Payroll. I have been complaining many times online and by voice but I am still being charged for 2 products instead of one.  I am wondering if my Posting here for help will get the attention of the management. Please

move my new QB Payroll (stand-alone) to my QBO Plus where I can process payroll

like old times.

It isn't the kind of impression I'd like you to have, 2017ops1. I'm here to point you in the right direction to take care of this.

 

We can review your billing subscription to determine the number of payroll subscriptions you currently have. Additionally, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team to have them investigate and verify this information. They have the necessary tools and expertise to assist you with billing inquiries or concerns.

 

  1. Click Help on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Go to the Search tab, then click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the description box.
  4. Proceed with Continue, then choose Chat or Callback.

To review your subscription, you can go to the Gear icon. Under Profile, select Subcriptions and billing. I've added a screenshot below for your visual reference.

Do I have to go to the website to contact QBO? I remember being able to do this on my Apple mobile app which was very efficient and timely.

Yes, you're right. You can contact us using the mobile app. I'll guide you on how to do it.

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.

Additionally, you can access your account through a web browser and contact our Customer Support Team from there. Just follow the procedure I've provided above to connect with us.
