I'm getting the same pop up. Won't allow me to get to bill pay, just keeps sending me back when I close it. The announcement that something new is coming doesn't include anything about the current service being unavailable in the meantime.
In the same boat here. Processed a bill payment last week with Melio, no issue. Now theres a QB message and it won't let me pay anything. There needs to be a work around for this.
I did an online chat with QBO help and they sent me to Melio, and of course Melio has not responded except to say they received my email! This is really unacceptable. I have venders waiting on payments!
I saw that too! Looks like there’s a bug but you can still make the payment by logging into Melio.coim directly with your QB login info. If you already have billpay in QB you don’t have to make a new melio account.
