Can I clone Quick Books online database?

Hi,

I am working in a startup team developing some business monitoring application which uses the Quick Books online account data. I consumed the API, but I'm wondering if I can have read access to the QB account database? For more analysis on the transactions and/or some entities.

If yes, how? If intuit doesn't allow that, is there any other way like ODBC etc. to achieve it?

 

I searched the community site and documentations, but couldn't find something solid for QB online.

Appreciate any useful answer and help.

Read only access is report level only and with that access you cannot drill down into transactions.

 

You cannot "clone" or copy one QBO company directly to another. You can, however, import QBO into QB Desktop, then roundtrip into a brand new QBO company.
