Has anyone else lost all client data? I only have 1 customer still showing

Hello there, atozlandscaping.

I know the importance of having a complete list of your clients. This allows you to track their transactions and records efficiently in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QuickBooks Online, there's a built-in utility that lets you see who made changes to your account and what they did. Let’s run the Audit Log report and check your transaction history.

Here’s how:

  1. Open your company and head to the Gear icon at the top of your company to choose Audit Log.
  2. This action will open a screen that shows all events that happened in your company.
  3. From there, click the User drop-down and choose All Users.
  4. Set the correct period in the Date changed drop-down and select All Events.
  5. Go to the History column and tap the View link to open the audit history.audit log.pngaudit log.1.png

You can read this article to learn more about what the tool can do and the users created by the online program: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.
