Select the More ▼ drop-down, then Manage categories. Select Edit from the Action column. Make the changes you want and select Save. I can help with those category items. To edit or remove a category follow these steps.

Go to Sales and select Products and Services.
Select the More ▼ drop-down, then Manage categories.

Thanks for sharing a screenshot of your QBO, Joie.

The Sales menu is labeled in your account as Invoicing. As you can see, the Products and Services options can be selected form this menu.

Aside from that, you can also go to the Gear icon and select Products and Services. Then, proceed to the following the steps in the original response on how to edit your categories.
