How to delete a time entry

I uploaded data from GoDaddy to QBO.  For some reason, the data included some Test entries from GoDaddy.  I am trying to delete them and I cannot delete the time entries.  In the actions column the only option is "create invoice."  When I click on that, I get a network error, please try again.

I'll make sure that you can successfully get rid of that transaction, Got It Direct.

To delete a time entry, you can click the drop-down arrow next to the transaction and select Delete. Then, choose Yes to confirm the action.

If you're unable still unable to see this option, you can try opening the report using a private window. There are times that the stored temporary internet files cause missing interfaces in QBO. This will also help up resolve the error that you've encountered. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, press Command + Shift + N.

If you're now able to delete them, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to enhance your browsing experience. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers

I'm also adding this article to learn how to add and manage your time in QuickBooks Online: Enter your time in QBO.

Just add a reply below if you have any other concerns or questions. I'll always have your back.

Thank you!  As I stated in my question, there is no drop down option next to the "time charge" line.  The only option is "create invoice."  I opened a private window in Chrome as you outlined.  In the private window, I was not able to delete these two test entries either.  So I'm still unable to get rid of these.  Any other suggestions?
