Not necessarily. There are many editions of QuickBooks Premiere. Other editions include Contractor, Professional Services, Retail, Manufacturer & Wholesale, and Non-Profit.
The Premier Family or Industry Editions used to include "Premier Accountant" but Intuit spun it off on its own, years ago and removed the "Premier" part of the name. Yes, this is still using the same data file as Pro/Premier.
There also is an Enterprise Accountant Edition, still Named for the Enterprise Suite of programs.
