QB Enterprise Batch Enter Transactions Customer Invoice Import not populating Top Level Class Field

Hello everyone. When we import customer invoices via Batch Enter Transactions the top level Class field right below the menu and between Customer:Job and Template fields is not populating.  The Class field populates just fine in the body of the Invoice.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?  Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us and for the screenshot. Allow me to assist you in importing transactions.

 

When you enter transactions by batch in QuickBooks Desktop, this behavior about the class is normal. It'll be reflected in the class column and not in the header section. If needed, you can open the invoice to update the class.

Thank you for the reply.  So there is no way to import into the header section or force that header field to populate?  We're importing hundreds of transactions.  Some of the reports we run omit the invoice information if that header class is left empty. Thank you.
