Quickbooks online unuseable

Quickbooks online is not only a extremely flawed program but is impossible to use.

Quickbooks has been less than helpful, and have told me it is impossible to get my old account for desktop back. This product is a complete waste of time and is nothing but a headache.

yes. it is impossible to edit invoice, all new bills open the last old bill, projects do not add hour, invoices or parts. I would like to export all my data from quickbooks online back to quickbook desktop but was told that was impossible.
