I can help you share insights on how to print a reconciliation report in QuickBooks Online. You can simply select the Print icon in the upper right of the report. You can check out how do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report? for additional guide and reference.

Hello  ChristieAnn,

This did not work either. I even tried from a different computer.  There has got to be a way to do this.

Hello, @Desktop_Rookie.

Let me share additional information on how to make sure you're able to print your

Currently, the ability to print the Reconciliation Discrepancy report is not available. However, you can run and print the Reconciliation Change Report. It displays a list of changes that were made to the reconciled transactions or accounts.

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Scroll down to the For my accountant section.
  3. Choose Reconciliation Reports.
  4. From the Accounts drop-down, select the bank account you're working on.
  5. Set the Date Range of the report.
  6. From the Action column, click the View Report link.

You can review the information displayed in the report. Once completed, just click the Print icon on the report.

If you have created adjustments during the reconciliation process, you can use the same report to locate it. You can read through this article for more information: How do I find Previous Reconciliation Adjustments?

Also, I'm including an article with further insight on the process of undoing a reconciliation: Change a Transaction Status or Undo a Reconciliation.
