What kind of business do you run?
It's alright to ask questions earlier, @toosuncpa. Welcome to the Community.
In addition to Fiat Lux - ASIA's reply, in QuickBooks Online, we have sets of reports that you can run online. The particular ones are Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Accounts Receivables, and Accounts Payable. All of these statements are customizable that enable you to show in-depth data viewing and output. For more details about viewing your financial data, take a look at this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
On the other hand, you can go to the Apps menu to search for a reporting tool. For more details, you can check this article: Install and use apps.
QuickBooks Online allows you to determine source or target to get the most favorable data you want to see. The article that I've shared also includes a link about how to customize reports. The system calculate the amounts based on what transactions are recorded, then shown in a report.

Thank you @Jovychris_A for the welcome and detailed explanation. I appreciate it very much.
Let me try to clarify my question.
I understand QuickBooks has reporting functionality, but we are looking for a 3rd party reporting tool/app that works well with QuickBooks that provides better functionality for KPIs and financial reporting. Our goal is try to prepare a consolidated financial reports that includes KPIs and financial statements for our clients without much manual work. I work for a small accounting, bookkeeping and tax service provider and we have clients that are mainly small business owners. Currently, we spend a lot of time preparing consolidated financial reports for our clients and we are looking for 3rd party tool to help streamline this work.
I see some apps under Intuit website such as Fathom, Reach, Spotlight, etc., and was hoping to see if anyone had any suggestions or feedback. Hope that helps.
Thank you, @Fiat Lux - ASIA. I will take a look at this.
If anyone else has any other suggestions, I would appreciate it. I have been also thinking if there are other ways to prepare consolidated financial report to present to clients besides using third party tools. Any suggestions are welcome!
