Aside from getting a report that lets you view all the transactions with attachments and the ones that don't, you also have the option to export those transactions that don't to get all the data in one. I'll show you how.
To see the list of expense transactions that don't have attachments, you can follow these steps:
- Click Expenses, then go to the Expenses tab.
- Click the Gear icon above the ACTION column.
- Tick the Attachments box.
To see the sales transactions without attachments, here's how:
- Click Sales, then go to the All Sales tab.
- Click the Gear icon above the ACTION column,
- Tick the Attachments box.
Then, export these list to get a better view of the sales and expense transactions that don't have attachments.
