Hi there, Yasowryh.

Let me help you achieve your goal. If you're trying to view the Trial Balance report to send to your audit. QBO has it, and I'll gladly walk you through how to run it:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. In the Search field, enter Trial Balance and click it.
  3. Change the Report period to the date range you want to view.
  4. Tap Run report.

You might want to filter your report to show specific accounts and customers, or to format the layout so the right data shows by reading this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

You can count on me if you need further assistance with your reports. I'll be more than happy to help and work with you again. Keep safe!
