Question

What does error message: something's not quite right - unexpected problem : 37112 mean? This occurs when I copy and invoice, edit and then save to issue.

I haven't seen any ongoing investigations related to this error message. To ensure a smooth experience, I suggest copying and working with your invoices in a private window. It'll help avoid any potential issues caused by the browser's cache. You can save time by using either of the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl+ Shift + P

 

If it works fine, please return to your default browser and clear the cache to refresh the system. You can also try using another compatible browser to narrow down the result. If the issue persists, I suggest contacting support to investigate this further.

When you're ready to track your customer payments, record them through the Receive Payment window.

Thanks for the speedy reply, unfortunately, I am still getting the same error message. 

 

To break it down:

I select an invoice, duplicate it, edit as needed then press save. After pressing save the message appears. 

 

I have tried this with several different invoices as I thought it was specific to this one but it's now happening with each one I have tried. I'd appreciate your help as I have invoices to get out...

They have the resources to assist you further and can also raise a ticket with our engineering team if necessary.

  1. Go to Help (?).
  2. From the Search tab, click Contact Us.
  3. Please enter your question and select Continue.
  4. Review and Select from the following: Ask the community, Have us call you, or Chat with us.
