When creating a new invoice, how do you change the default "cc" email address that pops up?

I can guide you on changing the Carbon Copy(CC)email in QuickBooks Online(QBO).

You'll have the option to change the CC email address in sending an invoice. I'll show you how.

1. Go to the Settings ⚙.

2. Select Account and Settings.

3. From the left menu, click Sales.

4. In the Messages section, you can enter the new email address under Copy (Cc) new invoices to address.

5. Click Save.

6. Hit Done.
