Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I'll be glad to show you where the + New button is.

With the new QuickBooks update, the icon has now moved to the top of the left-hand menu. The screenshot below will help you find its new location.

Keep in mind, the + New icon may not appear if you haven't cleared your browsing data. This article will show you how to clear your cache and cookies on different web browsers.

I just received an answer to an issue I am having and was directed this +new button. I have cleared my cache and still don't see it. I am using QB Desktop Pro Plus 2021.

I'll make sure you'll get back to work by sharing some information regarding the + New icon in QuickBooks and provide you on how we can find it.

If you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO), the +New icon can be found in the upper-left corner of your main menu. Please refer to the screenshot below:

However, if the option is unavailable on your end, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using a different supported browser.

On the other hand, if you're using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), the + New icon isn't available. QBDT is a more detailed software, thus accomplishing a specific task can be achieved in a different way. If you happen to use QBDT, feel free to add more details here on what you're trying to do so I can assist you appropriately.
