You should be able to add an attachment to your invoices from the Attachments section. If not, I recommend adding up the file using a private window. In most cases, unexpected behavior while working with QuickBooks is caused by too much cache stock on the regular browser you're using.
To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:
I am referring to the attachment that comes with the same invoice that you are sending out. Some of my customers like to save a copy of each of their monthly invoices for their own personal records.
Your customer can PrintorSave their invoice to have a monthly copy of their invoice. They can also download the PDF file attached to their invoice. I’ve attached an image below for your visual reference.
If you’re referring to the attachment you added to the invoice. Ensure to put a check inside the box beside the Attachtoemail.
Keep me in the loop if you have other concerns managing your invoices or with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I’ll be around ready to help you. Have a great weekend!
