Why doesn't the contractors section work?

The Contractors section is frozen and does not work. I can't pay contractors. Anyone else having this issue?

Hello there, @fsweetsd. We have updates about your current situation inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We've received similar cases where users can't access the Contractors page inside the program. Rest assured, our Engineers are aware of this and are already working on a fix. If you wish to get notifications about the progress, we recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. These are the steps:

Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
On the top-right corner, select Help (?).
Select either Assistant or Search. Depending on what you choose you can click Talk to a human, connect by starting a chat or Get a callback.

Unfortunately they have been working on this fix for over a week. As you can imagine, people get very upset when they are not paid on time. They don't believe me when I say Quickbooks is broken. How many people are working on this? It does not seem like there is too many.

Consider having a free billing management app to integrate with QBO and pay your vendors for the time being.
