I hear your sentiments, brett-hcehouston.
I can see how easier it is use the Tab key than to hover using a mouse. I also use the Tab function to enter transactions on my sample file.
There are times issues like this happen when the keyboard is glitching or the Tab key has been damaged.
You can isolate this one by testing the Tab key on a Notepad. Let me guide you with these steps:
If the issue persists, try restarting your device by turning it Off and then On.
Once the Tab key is working, you can continue entering a check. I've added this article as your guide in creating and printing it: Create and record checks.
I'm just a post-away if you have other concerns with entering transactions. Stay safe!
The Tab key works just fine. It is a change in how the website works. After the check number it used to tab to the first line of the check. It no longer does that, hitting the tab key makes it go all the way around the page, tabbing through everything you don't need, before you get back to the first line after the check #.
I'm having the same problem. I write a lot of checks and this is a BIG slow-down.
I should be able to tab through all the fields in the check writing screen.
Please reply and fix this glitch!
