How do ProAdvisors that have a presence at multiple locations, get multiple location listings?

I'd like to chime in and give some more details about having multiple locations in a single ProAdvisor listing.

Yes, you are correct about the listing only allowing you to specify one address. So, potential clients can only search for either your Johannesburg or Pretoria office (whichever you included in your profile).

Adding multiple offices or location for ProAdvisor listing might be available in the future. I would suggest sending feedback for now. Our developers will take note of your idea and consider it for future updates.

Simply click the Gear icon, then select Feedback inside your QuickBooks Online Accountant account.

Before publishing a profile, we check your information and other data. There might be issues if you create a separate profile, so it's not advisable to make a new one.

Instead of creating a second profile, you can advertise your other office outside QuickBooks.

The system offers multiple locations where the clients can select a ProAdvisor near their places. It depends on the selected location and how it was filtered. That is why it shows multiple locations listing for ProAdvisor.

To clarify:

The advisor listing allows me only to specify one address.

If the address in Johannesburg, how will my Pretoria office show up in their results if they look only in Pretoria?

As far as I can make out, I'd have to create a separate Pretoria profile under a different user name and take the certification again?
