Can banking data be imported if company setup was effective 18/7 but info exists prior from Feb?

Company was setup effectively from 18 July but there is bank data that exists prior from Feb. How does one populate/import the banking data? Is there an option to import data manually or otherwise?

You can import bank data past your start date, siddiqa.chiboo.

You'll want to check with your bank first if they can provide a copy of the bank transactions. If they do, you can import the transactions using .CSV file.

There's a format you need to follow to import the data successfully. You can check this article to know more about the formatting: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1773099.

Follow these steps to import:

  1. Click Banking on the left pane.
  2. Select Banking.
  3. Select File upload.
  4. Select Browse and choose the file.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Follow onscreen instruction.
