What kind of requirement do you need on invoice to comply?

    Welcome to the Community, @juanpagg15.

You have the option to import your custom invoice(s) created outside the QuickBooks Online (QBO). Simply turn on the Import Style option through QuickBooks labs.

    Here's how:

    1. In QBO, go to Settings ⚙️.
    2. Select QuickBooks labs under Your Company.
    3. Turn on Import Style.

I might have something that will work for you, Shubhakara Ganiga.

Currently, we can capture your customer's signature only when you're using the QuickBooks Online app. Here's a link for reference: Capture signatures using the QuickBooks Online app.

Aside from that, you can also look for a third-party app that can integrate e-signatures with QuickBooks Online.

Let us know how this goes so we can provide the help you need. Have a great day!

I don't think you understood the point sir. Here is a link from QBO support on e invoices in India to help you understand https://quickbooks.intuit.com/in/resources/gst-center/e-invoicing-in-gst/#:~:text=help%20the%20taxpayers%3F-,What%20is%20E%2DInvoicing%3F,inter%2Doperatability%20of%20invoice%20data.

The irony is that QBO's India team publishes such articles and still has no facility for generating the e invoices. Let alone e Invoices QBO does not even have any option for E way bills. GST is in India since 2017, and till date you are not compliant. These features are too basic to even ask for, every software big or small has it in India. I really don't understand why its still not on QBO.

Anyways if you guys know any app or any API that integrates with QBO for E way bills and E invoicing, please share with me. We are generating E invoices from a different software and then manually bringing the sales data into QBO. Really painstaking process.
