Hello there, @bhrama-hoof-ae. I’m here to share details about the missing Switch company button in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Currently, there's an ongoing investigation (INV-111435) about the missing switch company option. Our Product Team is working to find a solution to this. We have a workaround which is to log out and log in for you to choose the account you need to work on.
To stay informed and be added to the list of affected users, I recommend reaching out to our support team for timely updates.
To contact our support, here's how:
For now, please try re-logging into your QBO account to switch to a different company.
In addition, you can run reports to get a comprehensive view of your business finances.
Let us know if you have further questions about the Switch Company function in QBO, please feel free to reach out. We're here to help!
