I've received an invite on someone's QBO but I can't proceed on creating an account since it won't accept my number. I'm from the Philippines. Thanks

There are ways to open a QuickBooks Online account from the invite sent by someone.
To address your concern properly, may I ask if you got an error? If yes, please let me know the exact error message. You can also include a screenshot. Just make sure to cover all the important details. Are they inviting you as an accountant?
When accepting an invite, we need to enter a phone number to create a new account. The phone number is only for security and verification purposes. Make sure to select the Philippine flag under the Mobile number field.
If the same thing happens, open the invite link using the private browser. You can refresh your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard.
Also, you can use another supported browser if you get the same result. Another thing we can do is sign up for a new QuickBooks account first. Then, ask them to re-invite you using the email you used for your QuickBooks account.

Tried doing that but it still won't accept. The person gave me access through quickbooks online accountant but I can't proceed as there's no option, like the one you've sent, to change country. See snip attached.

When accepting an invite as an accountant you'll need to use the same credentials as your client especially the region and phone number, you can ask them for a phone number and two-step authentication to access the account.
Once logged in, you have the choice to change the phone number to your intuit account. This way, you can easily open the account using your phone number and credentials.
Whenever you're ready, here's how to log into the account manager while using QBO:
To sign in to the account manager directly, visit the Intuit Account Manager Sign-in page using your QuickBooks sign-in info. Then, follow the last five steps above to complete the process.

Hi, I'm also having the same issue. I tried the steps here, but unfortunately, it still shows "Enter valid phone number". It does not allow me to choose a country.
