Why does my dashboard look empty?

When a browser stores too many online files, unexpected behavior like this can occur. Aside from clearing the cache. You can also use an incognito window. This helps fix browser-related issues since it doesn't save any site data. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Alternatively, you can use a different supported browser.
