I returned My hardware December 17. It was received by Quickbooks on December 21.
Why is it that for about a month now I’ve been promised a call back after checking with the “back end team” from 20+ agents?

The agents have clearly had enough as have I.
I’ve filed a complaint with the FTC and the next step is looking into legal action.

It’s already been 20+ days PAST the 10-11 days that was promised in your return policy. I’ve been more than patient. Again. My next step is legal action if this isn’t resolved by This Friday close of business.
