Thank you for reporting this issue, accounting-ygpso.

Setting the date filter to All Dates is the right to do. I'll help you check why your item report isn't showing data after May 27. You can be experiencing a browser issue.

We can start by signing in to your QBO company using a private window. This step will disable the extensions and stops the cache from saving your search history.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N.
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P.

If you can now see your data after May 27, you can clear your browser's cache. If not, please use a different browser to see if this only happens to the one you are using.

Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have other questions. I just want to make sure that this is taken care of.

Hello, eversince, I used google chrome. I already cleared the cache just now, but still the same issue.

I also logged in using (for the first time) using MOZILLA, still error.

I think this is really a system glitch. Can you please fix?

Hello,

Yes I have tried the CONTACT US button in the website, however the CHAT button is disabled. Attached is the proof. QBO is an international software, yet the after-sales support is just limited? This is so disappointing.

Hello again, accounting-ygpso.

Our access in the Community is the same as yours, and we forward clients to our dedicated QBO Support if the issue can't be addressed here. They have more tools on their end.

Other things you can try:

  • Create a dummy item and use it on a transaction dated today. Then, pull up the report for comparison.
  • Double-check the transactions dated after May 27 to see if they still exist
  • You can reply with screenshots of your report and a few transactions of a particular item. Just hide any personal information, like emails, phone numbers, bank accounts, etc.
