I have quick books pro 2024.  Was having problems so i downloaded the free version of quick books enterprise.  Now I am locked out of quick books enterprise and i can not get into my company file.

It appears that your free trial of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Enterprise has expired, which is why you're currently locked out. Since you previously used QBDT Pro 2024, please note that once a company file is opened and converted in Enterprise Solutions (ES), it can no longer be accessed in Pro or Premier, as ES uses a newer file format.

 

To regain access to your company file, you'll want to subscribe to the QBDT Enterprise version. Alternatively, we can explore restoring a backup from before Enterprise was installed.

 

If you meant that you're locked out of your account after multiple failed login attempts, you can reset your password or recover your user ID.
