Need to change primary admin from my old accountant to me
Just noticed I haven't been billed by Intuit for our July subscriptions. Normally happens on the 8th of the month. Is there an issue with July subs billing, e.g. changes to payroll per-employee charging?
I have quick books pro 2024. Was having problems so i downloaded the free version of quick books enterprise. Now I am locked out of quick books enterprise and i can not get into my company file.
I have QB Online and no longer need QB Enterprise Desktop. But I occasionally have to access my Desktop version for reports. After cancelling the Desktop can I still go in and access information if needed?

I'm using the OAuth2 flow to login into a third party app. However after logging in (and still on the QBO authentication screen) I cannot continue if I don't setup "Payments". This screen is still on QBO for the avoidance of doubt, not from the third party application

We possibly have a bad leaver and they are the Primary admin in QB. I as the owner and Company admin can not see anyway I can remove their access , I can add but cant delete , sureley there must be a way
I have tried different browsers on my laptop, cleared cache, incognito mode etc. nothing appears to work.I am also not able to speak to anyone from QB as I can’t sign in…
Any ideas.

It keeps on saying can't find the company So I can't login online
Hi everyone,I’m hoping a moderator or a billing specialist can help me break a "logic loop" in the QuickBooks Online billing system.The Situation: I recently transitioned to a Limited Company and need to move my Payroll Core subscription from my personal card to my new business card. My most recent payment was declined on the personal card, and my account is now marked as "In Collection."The Issue: I am trying to do the right thing and pay my balance immediately with my new business card. However:When I attempt to update the payment method in "Account and Settings," the system throws a generic error and refuses to save the new card.I have contacted Support (Case #15159248225) and was told that because the account is "In Collection," the system locks the ability to change payment methods.Support advised me to "ensure my card details are updated" before the next automated collection attempt on May 13th, while simultaneously telling me the system will not allow me to update those details
