How do remove the ability for a client to pay the bill using VISA so I avoid bank charges?

You can disable card payments in QuickBooks settings to ensure clients see only your preferred payment methods on invoices.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
2. Open the Sales tab.
3. In the Invoice payments section, click the pencil icon to edit.
4. Uncheck the Accept Credit Cards option. Keep any other preferred payment methods you want to offer.
5. Click Save to apply changes.

This change applies to all new invoices; VISA and other card options will no longer appear. For previously sent invoices, open each one and manually turn off the card payment option.
