How to get an account deleted

I'd be glad to help out to show you how to delete an account.

Just to make sure I'm on the same page, are you referring to deleting a QuickBooks Online account or an account within the Chart of Accounts?

If you need to remove a QBO account:

1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Select Account and Settings.

3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab on the left.

4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription.

5. Select Continue to cancel.

6. Complete the following prompts to finish up.
